Production Assistant

Full-time Work Set Up:
2 - 3 Years of Experienced Taguig

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Production Assistant will improve overall operational efficiencies and processes, coordinate production schedules and purchase order logistics, sales administration, 3PL and inventory management, freight and logistics coordination, and address customer service requests.

JOB QUALIFICATION

SCHEDULE: 8 AM - 5 PM EDT follows Philippine Holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·       Set up new accounts

·       Process pre-paid and term orders

·       Coordinate shipping

·       Handle invoicing

·       Fulfill tester orders, staff products, and sample requests

·       Manage 3rd party logistics coordination

·       Respond to customer service requests

·       Submit and coordinate purchase orders and receive reports

·       Handle quality control and freight coordination (ocean and air)

·       Prepare international shipment paperwork

·       Manage inventory

·       Put document processes into writing

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree holder

·       Must be familiar with the following software: QuickBooks enterprise, Shopify+, Shipmonk, EDI, FedEX, and Microsoft Office

·       Must have good verbal and written communication skills

·       Must possess project management skills

·       Experience in a multi-client environment

·       Analytical skills with particular attention to detail

·       Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation

·       Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
