JOB DESCRIPTION

1.) Supervise sales operations of the sales team.

    a.) Work with the sales team when closing sales.

    b.) Handle customer questions, requests, complaints, and issues.

    c.) Facilitate inter-departmental communication

    d.) Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

    e.) Organize and distribute Sales Team Leader schedules.

2.) Implement strategies to sell products/services.

     a.) Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support

     b.) Evaluating the supply and availability of stocks, and profit margins.

3.) Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.

    a.) Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.

    B.) Investigating market trends.

4.) Supervise and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.

5.) Coach, counsel, train, and discipline sales team leaders.

   a.) Ensure standards for quality, and customer service are met.

   b.) Evaluate on-the-job performance.

6.) Meet all sales quotas and goals

    a.) Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals

    b.) Research potential leads

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or any relevant study
  • With a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in key account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding presentation skills
  • Process-oriented and logical
  • Practices a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong team player and a capable individual contributor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
