Learning and OD Management

• Develop and recommend plans and programs to improve the personnel service of the PRC.
• Formulate, recommend and implement personnel policies, programs and procedures.
• Exercise general supervision over the implementation and the evaluation of personnel programs such as job evaluation, merit rating, training and human resource development.
• Coordinate with heads of other services and offices to ensure cooperation in the efficient implementation of personnel plans and programs.
• Develop and administer a comprehensive and balanced personnel program designed to raise the level of efficiency, effectiveness and morale of personnel.
• Review job description, job classification, job factors and scales, salary plans and completed works of subordinates to ensure that they conformed to objective, policies and laws
• Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

Qualifications/Minimum Education: Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources and other related Courses

Work Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) years managerial experience in Learning and OD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, PPT
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including coaching and training
