JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the manager and senior staff by performing administrative and entry-level duties.
- Assisting the Sales department.
- Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks.
- Make calls and send emails and help maintain client relationships.
- Updating documents and sales records.
- Coordinate with external customers.
- Attend and participate in meetings if necessary.
- Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions.
- Keeping a log of everything learned.
- Providing quotations to customers by utilizing sales and technical knowledge for the preparation of quotation packages.
- Responsible for answering inquiries, dealing with issues, and solving problems in a positive manner to ensure a superior level of customer experience
