- Provides administrative support primarily to Contract team/SOP with some support to other teams as necessary.
- General administrative support includes contract records management, filing paperwork, answer telephone calls, take and delivers messages as needed. Communicate clearly and courteously with customers, vendors and service providers
- Collecting and compiling information for and preparing documentations and correspondence in line with RHQ or HQ requirements.
- Respond to internal and external enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required.
- Other duties and responsibilities that is logically and properly inherent to the job.
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in /Business Management or equivalent.
With at least 1 year of experience as administrative staff
No experience is also acceptable but demonstrates strong communication skills.
Good level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
