JOB DESCRIPTION

The VIP Lounge Attendant administers food and beverage services in the Center's VIP Lounges. The lounges are open to Circles Members and VIP guests of the hotel. The VIP Lounge Attendant is an important part of the team, providing friendly, polite, and convenient service while serving light food and beverage offerings.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Proven work experience on the same role
  • Pleasing personality and able to communicate with elite, VIP or special guest
  • Customer oriented person and with positive outlook
  • excellent communication skills 
  • able to manage to stand for a long period of hours
  • Able to manage minimal complaints from the guest
