JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Lobby Ambassadress, you will be responsible for providing guest services at assigned locations. engage hotel guests to enhance theservice experience through activation of all outlet services within the lobby area (e.g., Restaurant & Bar,Front Desk, BusinessCenter, Lounge, etc.). In different hotels or properties, LobbyAmbassador may be a different kind of position. Guest Service Oriented Role.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Excellent oral communication skills preferrably in english
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent knowledge of local community and surrounding areas.
- Excellent problem solving skills and organizational skills.
- Able to multi-task and handle guest concerns according to a 5-star service level
- Pleasing personality and customer oriented person
