JOB DESCRIPTION
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects, install, repair and maintain heating, ventilating, refrigeration, and air-conditioning units
- Responsible for carry out preventative maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot air conditioning/refrigeration equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on equipment. Complete logs detailing works carried out inclusive of parts utilized
- Perform basic repairs and troubleshooting like plumbing, electrical components, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, replace electrical switches and bulbs if necessary
- Conduct daily routine for inspections, check leakage, change spare parts and make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Must possess Bachelor’s/ College degree or least vocational course in Air Conditioning and Cooling Technician
- At least 2 years’ experience as a A/C Technician
- Knowledgeable in HVAC and skills in repairing different kinds of Air-Cons and Cooling, heating systems
- Must have knowledge in trouble shooting and able to detect damages and malfunctions
- Familiarity with all tools and equipment necessary for HVAC installation and maintenance
