Job Description:
Key team player for Marketing + Communications for PMO support, creation and distribution of communications, and coordination with internal functions, vendors, and other key liaising tasks.
- Processes Internal Communications mailers and memos and releases them to target recipients according to schedule.
- Provides PMO support by handling logistics of client’s day-to-day activities, events, and programs.
- Works closely with Finance, Procurement, Client's Workplace Solutions and other groups
- File Purchase Orders, Purchase Requests, invoices, manual accruals, and any other requirements of the team.
- Supports internal and external events and activities including handling preparations, logistics and supporting meetings
- Interacts with third party vendors to facilitate production of marketing collaterals to ensure that the production is brand compliant, on-time and within budget.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising or equivalent
1 to 2 years’ experience in an Admin role with Events Management / Project Management experience.
