JOB DESCRIPTION
- Managing more than 10 local employees
- Must be knowledgeable in HR functions (pay & benefits, training & development, and etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Must be hard-working and efficiently even under pressure
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related course
- At least 2 to 3-year(s) experience as HR Generalist
- Can communicate in English and Mandarin
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to details and problem-solving skill
- Can speak in MANDARIN
- Willing to work on site
- Willing to be assigned in Makati City
- Must be fully vaccinated
