JOB DESCRIPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Give first aid treatments and proper medication to employees as needed
- Observe and record the symptoms and condition of a patient
- Maintain medical and other related records of all employees
- Examine, validates and makes sure that sick employees submit a medical certificate/fit to work
- Maintains medical supplies inventory and purchasing
- Processes employee HMO Coverage
- Provides medical assessment on employee conditions
- In case of any accidents, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital.
- Perform other task which may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
JOB QUALIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of BS NURSING.
- Must be a REGISTERED NURSE (RN).
- Must have at least one (1) year experience as an Occupational Health Nurse.
- Bachelors/College Degree.
- Proficient in Computer Applications, MS Office.
- Must be able to communicate in English - Written and Verbally.
- Can start immediately.
