DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Give first aid treatments and proper medication to employees as needed
• Observe and record the symptoms and condition of a patient
• Maintain medical and other related records of all employees
• Examine, validates and makes sure that sick employees submit a medical certificate/fit to work
• Maintains medical supplies inventory and purchasing
• Processes employee HMO Coverage
• Provides medical assessment on employee conditions
• In case of any accidents, accompany the injured employee to the nearest hospital.
• Perform other task which may be assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of BS NURSING.
• Must be a REGISTERED NURSE (RN).
• Must have at least one (1) year experience as an Occupational Health Nurse.
• Bachelors/College Degree.
• Proficient in Computer Applications, MS Office.
• Must be able to communicate in English - Written and Verbally.
• Can start immediately.
