JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyze and identify the staffing needs to anticipate/plan for current and future sourcing activities (e.g. date, position and qualifications needed).

 

  • Develop and deliver a plan to attract and retain high-caliber qualified candidates, and diversity candidates through employer branding.

 

  • Collaborate and consult with Group Heads on strategic and tactical recruitment plans designed to meet their business objectives through the acquisition of talent.

 

  • Provide day-to-day recruitment operational guidance to staff or to HR. Supervise and interact closely with HR as well as continuous follow up with the on-boarding of the endorsed candidates.

 

 

  • Responsible for Job Advertisements and postings such as but not limited to Job/School Fairs, PESO, Job Portals, etc.

 

  • Assess and identify qualified candidates using the company's accredited sources such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Jora, other Job Portals, and or from the Employee Referral Program.

 

  • Screen and interview applicants to assess competence against the job requirement/specifications.

 

  • Monitor manpower request from different Groups and ensure close coordination with HR. Initiate actions to assist for any delay identified from the side of HR and Operations.

 

  • Prepare and analyze talent acquisition reports and presentations and make a recommendation based on the analysis presented.

 

  • Proactively communicate the recruitment plan, and gain alignment with Group Heads and Partners. Must understand and anticipate current market trends, and their effects on talent acquisition and retention.

JOB QUALIFICATION

?? Bachelor's degree graduate.

?? Preferably with 3-5 years related experience.

?? Has experience in end-to-end Recruitment Process. Must be Managerial level.

?? Experience in other HR areas is a plus, i.e. compensation & benefits design, job evaluation, talent management.

?? Strong analytical, problem solving and research skills.

?? Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.

?? Proficient in MS Office Applications.
