JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Able to maximize the productivity of audit & other professional talents considering the time budget and utilization rate. It is expected that Audit and other professional talents are managed effectively and efficiently
  • The position is in charge of the continuing Professional Development of staff in accordance of the Firm’s Quality Control Standards.
  • In charge of attracting talents to join the firm as well as retaining existing talents.
    • Lead and manages the implementation of Audit pool policies & procedures.
    • Able to maintain complete database of Audit Pool for Management and Operation’s needs.
    • Prepare and accurately maintain reports, policies, records and other documents.
    • Inform Management of efficiency of audit pool management
    • Audit Pool Management – includes but not limited to the following:

    1. Preparation of reports as to scheduling and rotation as to various engagements

    2. Proper scheduling considering time budget and required staff

    3. Maintain an effective Standard Time as approved by Management

    4. Proper implementation and execution of Audit Pool Performance Evaluation

    5. Spearhead Audit Pool Performance Appraisal Criteria in coordination with HR and Operations.

     

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Certified Public Accountant
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Thorough understanding of Assurance Engagement Operations
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Systematic and keen attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Very good interpersonal skill
