JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Gather and analyze consumer behavior data
  • Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
  • Assist in organizing promotional events
  • Coordinate with the person in charge to create advertising materials (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
  • Keep organized records of marketing metrics
  • Ensure the availability of marketing materials such as logos, artworks, posters, flyers, e-campaigns, videos etc.
  • Ensure and monitor that all marketing materials are within the branding guidelines prior production and posting
  • Address daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the company's activities
  • Responsible in processing payments and liquidation to suppliers and of employees pertaining to marketing related activities
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of B.S. Marketing or related courses
  • With at least 1 yr. of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required skill(s): Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent understanding of office management and marketing, Excellent presentation and editing skills
  • Familiarity with various Social Media applications and platforms
  • Proficient in using MS Office, Adobe Photoshop and other marketing-related softwares and applications
  • Amenable to work on-site in Makati City
