JOB DESCRIPTION
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
- Track computer system issues within agreed time limits
- Inform clients through a series of actions through email until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to IT Director
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Ensure all issues are properly logged
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Willing to stay overnight/extend hours during Tax Season or by demand
- Handles the Backup Operator of FSIT, RFGCO and other affiliates
- Handles the software and hardware installation
- Handles and prepare weekly/monthly reports for firewall administration, anti-virus administration and email administration
- Handles network administration
JOB QUALIFICATION
- A graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology or any relevant field
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help to the clients
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Good understanding of computer systems and other technology products
- Experience with administration of Windows server, Antivirus & Firewall (if no experience they should be driven by passion in Network Administration)
