What you’ll be doing (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Act as a team member and supports the Marketing Team 
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s online presence
• Developing content strategies with the Marketing Director to effectively reach the desired target audience and marketing goals.
• Creating content/copy for a variety of platforms including blogs, websites, and social media.
• Meeting with the creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals.
•  Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
• Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.                         
• Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns with the Marketing Team. 
• Supports sales presentations, campaign updates, etc.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Director in fulfilling the effectiveness of the position

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us (QUALIFICATIONS):

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and storytelling
• Social media content strategy and management, community management and support (including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Taboola)
• Ad placement and analytics (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Lazada, Shopee, Alibaba, etc.)
• Influencer marketing
• Email marketing
• Content and copywriting skills
• Market research skills
• Good understanding of branding, marketing and advertising concepts and practices
• Strong creative, analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines (quickly and fluidly)
• Excellent problem solving skills and keen eye for details
