In charge of the overall daily operations of the store by ensuring attainment of sales targets, execution of sales-generating plans and programs, strict implementation of standard control, and consistent rendering of outstanding customer service. 

JOB DUTIES:

• Oversee the operations of the store.
• Conduct daily briefings with the store crew.
• Achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly sales target.
• Manage the schedules of store crews, cash-fund, and store equipment.
• Implement store marketing campaigns such as promotion and tie-ups.
• Monitor the daily inventory and ensure the availability of stocks.
• Monitor the product expiration dates and ensure the implementation of FIFO.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management/Marketing/HRM or equivalent.
• At least 1-year working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Food and Beverage or Restaurant Services.
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be flexible and willing to be assigned to Tanza Branch or Lakefront, Sucat, Muntinlupa Branch.
