JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage the opening/mid shift procedures of the store including the consistent and appropriate execution of the Shift Management Tools. Manage the Floor, especially during peak hours. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. Maintain and/or upgrade the attractiveness of the restaurant to promote a vibrant and bright restaurant environment that is aligned with the brand image.
  2. Effectively implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and create repeat business. Lead and coach Food Servers in selling new products and promotions to guests.
  3. Generate the Menu Item Sales Report from the POS Back Office and analyze it.
  4. Oversee the complete and accurate recording of Stations Reports on a daily basis.
  5. Effectively manage (accurate and complete) the flow of cash of the store (Petty Cash Fund, Cashier’s Change Fund, Revolving Fund). 
  6. Safeguard all funds and the vault, including the change of combination as needed. 
  7. Coordinate with the Agency Team Leader to make the necessary adjustment to the work schedules of Restaurant Staff to match the need of the shift. 
  8. People Management.

JOB QUALIFICATION

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hotel & Restaurant, Hospitality Management, or any related course.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in the food and service industry (preferred but not required).
  3. Ability to work under pressure, Adaptability, Customer service skills, Dealing with complaints, Following instructions, Identifying problems, Communication skills, Focused, Patience, Teamwork, MS Office
  4. Energetic, Alert, Articulate, Capable, Dependable, Efficient, Hardworking, Versatile, Amiable, Honest, Trustworthy.
  5. Candidate must be willing to be assigned to Taguig Branch or Las Piñas Branch.
