Responsibilities:
Successfull applicants are expected to:
- provide customer satisfaction support by effectively handling customer inquiries through phone call diagnosis, isolation, on-site visits
- provide solutions for POS hardware and software issues and concerns
JOB QUALIFICATION
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any computer related courses.
- Experience in testing different application is an advantage.
- With excellent verbal and written Skills
- Keen to details and with good analytical and critical skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have the confidence to talk to a higher level of management and clients.
- Willing to work in Binondo, Manila
