Close sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure clients needs are met
Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deals
Ensure provincial key accounts are performing within the targeted objective of the accounts in terms of distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising
Develops shelving and display guidelines or planograms and shelf innovation tests
Plans, monitors and recommends the optimum merchandiser store coverage requirements (headcount, frequency and routine planning) within alloted budget
Gaining a clear understanding of client's businesses and requirements
Gathering market and costumer information
Maintain and develop relationship with clients in persion
Negotiating on price, cost, delivery and specification with buyers
Netgotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Attending team meeting na sharing best practice with colleagues
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s Degree of any related course or High School Graduate is acceptable with relevant experience
Preferably with experience in handling a merchandising agency or have 1-2-year(s) FMCG sales experience handling general trade or local supermarkets
Amenable for business trips and/or field works
Proficient in using MS Office
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Customer oriented with sharp comprehension and experience communicating with foreigners
