Help with resume screening and initial phone screens.
Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
Processing background checking of applicants employment records and emergency contact details.
Maintain candidate database.
Responsible on collecting and checking of applicant's the pre-employment requirements (soft copy and hard copy).
Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations).
Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas).
JOB QUALIFICATION
Must be fully vaccinated.
Must have good communication skills in English.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related course.
With at least 2 years of solid experience in handling end-to-end recruitment process with volume hiring. Work experience in a Manpower agency or in a Recruitment firm is an advantage.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
Scheduling interviews and balancing calendars for interviewers and candidates.
Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, application endorsement, onboarding).
Experience in sourcing applicants using different social networks, job portals and other recruitment platform.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent time management and decision-making skills.
