JOB QUALIFICATION
- College graduate
- Graduate of SHS (with BPO experience for six months, or experience working in a travel agency)
- Must have at least two years of expertise in BPO and handling airline ticketing accounts – hotel reservations/airline ticketing/flight reservations etc. (must know GDS software)
- Excellent English communication abilities
- Constantly strive to provide excellent service to every customer and go above and beyond the service delivered.
- Amenability to work in mid-shift, night-shift, holidays, and weekends
