JOB DESCRIPTION
The Job
- Content creation across our social media channels.
- Produce engaging social media content to our community of users and followers. This includes promotional content, case studies and product launches.
- Identify trending topics for content opportunities and develop a content calendar to ensure a constant supply of relevant content in our Social Media communities
- Grow the community in the form of new members/followers, monthly active members, interactions and comments
- Develop campaigns and new content ideas for the company's social media channels and communities
- Report on the performance of our content across relevant channels.
- Optimize our channel and content strategy through data analysis.
- Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape so we can create strategic decisions for the brand. Share learnings and best practices with the wider team
- Build and grow the Social Media team.
JOB QUALIFICATION
The Requirement
- At least 5 years of experience in an organic / user generated content social media strategy and execution.
- An expert knowledge of social media networks, and how best to leverage them to create passionate communities (Facebook, Facebook groups, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.)
- Proven results in generating and growing these channels.
- Hands-on experience creating content for brands.
- An understanding of the role social plays in the wider digital marketing strategy.
- Top notch project management skills.
- Has incredible organizational skills and attention to detail and be able to balance the big picture with short term needs.
- You will need to be agile, pragmatic, strategic, and take ownership of deliverables and results.
- Experience working in an Agency is a big advantage.
