Identify trending topics for content opportunities and develop a content calendar to ensure a constant supply of relevant content in our Social Media communities
Grow the community in the form of new members/followers, monthly active members, interactions and comments
Develop campaigns and new content ideas for the company's social media channels and communities
Report on the performance of our content across relevant channels.
Optimize our channel and content strategy through data analysis.
Monitor social media trends and the competitive landscape so we can create strategic decisions for the brand. Share learnings and best practices with the wider team
Build and grow the Social Media team.
JOB QUALIFICATION
The Requirement
At least 5 years of experience in an organic / user generated content social media strategy and execution.
An expert knowledge of social media networks, and how best to leverage them to create passionate communities (Facebook, Facebook groups, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, etc.)
Proven results in generating and growing these channels.
Hands-on experience creating content for brands.
An understanding of the role social plays in the wider digital marketing strategy.
Top notch project management skills.
Has incredible organizational skills and attention to detail and be able to balance the big picture with short term needs.
You will need to be agile, pragmatic, strategic, and take ownership of deliverables and results.
Experience working in an Agency is a big advantage.
