Job Description
- Marketing: develops and oversees the execution of long-term marketing plans that would lead to a sustainable and elevated brand equity.
- Merchandising: Analyzes beyond established tools and processes to generate insights that lead to better merchandise and inventory management programs.
- Analyzes and integrates various financial reports to develop measures that lead to innovations, increased efficiency, and optimal brand profitability.
- Responsible for the achievement of assigned brand sales target and sales growth
- Work in collaboration with different departments to ensure timely launches of NPDs, and other initiatives
- Build and manage relationship with brand partners and retailers
- To be a team player to perform other assignments and projects as requested by the General Manager
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years experience in Retail industry
- Exposure to working directly with customers and sales teams.
- Strong people and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, logical, and strong sense of numbers
- Budget management skills and proficiency
- Strong leadership skill
- Passionate with high level of commitment
- Ability to work in a fast paced, trend based category
