Duties & Tasks Performed: 

• Leading and managing a team of programmers.
• Coaching and guiding the development of the team members.
• Sharing knowledge, motivate and inspire others to generate new ideas.
• Communicating and supporting messages and decisions from management.
• Planning, organizing, follow-up and evaluate the work of the team and its impact on the project.
• Writing code for software patches and bug fixes.
• Designing and managing application databases, backups and recoveries.
• Performing regular audits to identify software inefficiencies and recommend ways to improve workflow.
• Working actively with other department leads and facilitate the information flow.
• Identifying risks and provide relevant solutions to complex problems.
• Performing other related duties.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related course
• More than 3 years of programming experience
• Knowledgeable in programming languages (e.g., PHP, VB, C#, ASP, .Net Framework)
• Knowledgeable in database management system
