KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Jack lift Maintenance
a.Secures that the external parts such as the wheels, steering handles, and release valve lever have no issues
b.Report to immediate Superior as soon as any defects are found in the equipment.
Receiving
a.Prepares the pallet for incoming goods.
b.Checks supplier documents
c.Guide supplier to the designated loading bay.
d.Assists supplier in stacking the item to the pallet (pattern, height)
e.Check labels/stickers and condition of the item.
f.Count the number of boxes if the item is in Standard weight
g. Tag/put/label each box with CFS initials to separate or differentiate the items from other customers. Order Fulfillment a.Receives picklist from the checker. b.Locates the product ordered. c. Sort goods based on TBC (per truck). d.Provide breakdown for catch weight items e.Update TBC for actual weight. f.Tag / Label items with customer name g.Arrange/move picked items (per pallet) to a designated location
h.Ensures that the goods are dispatched to the clients in time.
i.Ensures accuracy of each order
Other Duties
a.Participates in the implementation of the facility and stock security measures.
b.Takes part in the monitoring of anomalous activities such as pilferage of stocks.
c.Assists in monthly, quarterly, and annual wall-to-wall inventory count.
d.Ensures that all goods are stacked in an organized manner so as to save time and increase ease of work.
e.Guides storekeeper in locating items inside the cold rooms.
f.Daily reporting to Business - production
g.Do other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
? At least second-year College and/or high school graduate
? Willing to be trained and positive person
? Keen into details
? Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
? Religiously follow standard operating procedures of the Company.
