KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SALES MANAGEMENT
? Recruit, set expectations, motivate and develop sales teams
? Initiate sales skills training programs
? Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities ? Ensure manpower complements necessary to meet sales targets
? Share a respectful relationship with workgroup
? Accomplishes financial objectives by creating strategies and initiatives based on set sales targets, preparing an annual sales budget, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
? Ensures proper account management and demand forecasting for all accounts
? Coordination with the product team for execution of product plans and initiatives
? Coordination with other departments for process improvements
? Present data on competitors’ movement and market prices
MINOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ROLE
? Identify viable sales channels for our existing product line
? Identify viable new product lines for current accounts
? Close coordination with product team / Manager for pricing / costing of products
? Create a roadmap for other areas within Luzon to penetrate
? Coordinate with the product team for feedback from customers regarding product concerns
? Get and share market pulse with the team and distributor partners
? And other similar tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
? Bachelor’s degree required.
? 3 years’ experience Sales Management
? 10 years sales experience ? Demonstrated experience in high-growth companies preferred
