• Validation activities-certain monitoring of data elements for completeness and accuracy are required to ensure data quality and accurate reporting
• Month-end Reporting: manual adjustments, creation of certain reporting templates for the team
• Maintenance of Balance Sheet schedules and supporting documentation on a period basis
• Daily/period journal entries associated with applications that lack accurate accounting within the system
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures

• Candidates with CPA license is a plus not required.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in accounting preferably food retail markets, US Regulatory Reporting, US Financial Services and reconciliation/validation.
• Must be proficient in creating reports in Excel, has the ability to maximize use of formulas and functions to streamline reporting needs.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions
• Ability to resolve accounting discrepancies
• Must be able to establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures

Basic Pay starting rate: Php34,000 (actual will be based on the credentials)

+ 15% Night Differential

+ OT Payments on chosen PH holiday duty
