First touchpoint between client and Renewing clients, Renewal Telemarketer will be responsible for influencing existing policyholders to renew policy.

1. Contact external clients and Account Executives by telephone or email in order to solicit renewal of policy
2. Using scripts to provide information about policy and renewal concerns
3. Ask pertinent questions to understand the client’s requirements
4. Answering incoming calls from clients
5. Record client’s concerns and requirements accurately in Telemarketer Monitoring Sheet and Endorsement Sheet
6. Telephone or write email to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales request to Internal Department

Others:

• Performs other related tasks and special projects as assigned.

• Works with other employees on social activities, gatherings, team buildings, sponsorships and other activities that will create a culture of honesty, unity and customer care among PC employees
