RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist field employees of the project in their everyday needs
- Check and monitor Weekly Expenses reports, Cash advances, liquidations, and Finance reports
- Record all transactions in the accounting system

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any course
- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
- Organized, keen to details
- Must have good communication both verbal and in writing
- With knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
- With knowledge in basic accounting
- Knowledge in Microsoft GP is preferred but not required
- Possess a positive attitude
- Newly graduated is acceptable

- Wiling to work in Boni, Mandaluyong
