JOB DESCRIPTION

General Functions

  • The Member Care Officer (MCO) is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support at first contact for members, providers, brokers and other agencies and service providers. 
  • His or her primary role is to provide resolution over the phone, but also provides email and social app support.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of Nursing or any medical course preferred
  • Graduate of any course is accepted provided that he or she a minimum of one year work experience in an HMO/Insurance company
  • Prior call center experience is a plus
  • with typing speed of 60 word/minute
