JOB DESCRIPTION
General Function:
- The Client Servicing Officer assigned for Medical Products facilitates the assigned cases. He or she manages the client accounts and ensures that they are provided by relevant information regarding their submitted claims (if processed, returned, rejected or partially processed).
- The CSO is accountable for ensuring that the client is guided through the whole process of filing, up to payment or non-payment of claims.
- In cases of disapproved claims, the CSO shall re-evalute all rejected claims prior to appeal; and resubmit case for appeal to Claims Review Committee if warranted.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Preferably a Nursing or allied medical course graduate; or
- Graduate of any course but with work experience working in an HMO/Insurance company
- Prior experience in customer service is required
