JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist on processing the Appcode Creation, EID Creation and CTC Update
- Encode Joining Forms for Appcode creation
- Ensuring AppCode, EID and CTC are on time from the deadline
- Monitoring the Masterfile for completions and sends to leaders the report for its updated status
- Email handling and communications
- Communicate with Recruitment Operations, Job Offer Team, On-boarding Team to meet the task
- Communicate with Recruitment Leaders and SME’s for Adhoc Queries
- Communicate with its own Team MIS Team for support and assistance
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Good Computer navigation skills
- Good keyboarding speed – 30 WPM (95% accuracy)
- Good on Excel Skills and Formulas
- Good written communication skills
- Customer Service Focus
- Team work/ Managing Self / Adaptability
- Data gathering ability/ Eye for detail
