1. Operations
• Ensures 100% manpower deployment to all sites handled
• Coordinate activities and updates of personnel to clients site supervisors
• Implements policies and guidelines to assigned area
• Disseminate policies, memos, and program to assigned area
• Ensures effective customer service and SLA compliance
• Site audit and compliance monitoring
2. People Management
• Supervises manpower of area handled
• Conducts performance evaluation and recommendation.
• Motivate and counsel manpower if needed
• Act as the point person of employees and client supervisors within the assigned area
3. Others
• Assist in recruitment as needed.
• Prepare operations update and reports
• Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
4. RBA
• Develop and maintain trust, rapport and credibility among assigned stores. • Conduct pocket trainings and product updates.
• Prepare inventory monitoring report, competitor’s activity for both consumer and gaming lineup, market trends and other relevant information, marketing promos, price adjustments, etc.
• In-charge on the visibility of merchandising materials (RSM role) in accordance with the client’s guideline.
• Manning of events, selling activities, outright claiming, and other related activities in store level.
• Prepare necessary reports and other function that may be assigned from time to time
* Graduate of any 4-year course (Preferably IT, Business, or Marketing Graduate)
* Must be willing to be assigned and rove around NCR (esp. Pasig, Manila, Paranaque, Pasay, Makati and Mandaluyong
* Good communication skills
* Must have adequate knowledge in using MS application
* With at least 2 years experience in technical merchandising and gadget store sale
