1. Will handle 1st level of trouble shooting
2. Handles trouble and issue management
3. Can identify/analyses the issues
4. Knowledgeable on PC, server, network and infrastructure
5. Preferably a generalist
6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
1. Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology & Computer-related/equivalent courses
2. With one (1) year work related experience particularly in helpdesk support
3. With Cisco Certification preferably CCNA an advantage
4. Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges
5. Computer literate (MS Office)
6. Good written and communication skills
7. Can work under minimum supervision
