JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description:
• Monitors and assesses potential issues relating to critical IT applications, systems and devices.
• Monitors all incoming alerts using various tools and perform actions based on predefined instructions.
• Handles/ performs 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting, manual alert correlation, and resolving issues as required.
• Understands how different types of Bayad systems integrate and be able to pinpoint where the actual issue is occurring.
• Determines which issues are false positives and document/work with other teams to get these types of alerts suppressed.
• Participates in the ongoing process of investigating, troubleshooting, and providing resolution to technical issues in a 24x7x365 environment
•Quickly develops a comprehensive understanding of the applications and infrastructure within the Bayad production environment and how they impact employees or members.
• Accurately troubleshoots, reproduces, and documents issues and other pertinent information in Incident or Problem tickets.
• Documents all problems and issues encountered during the shift and prepare shift turnover document.
• Creates and maintains knowledge base article content.

JOB QUALIFICATION

QUALIFICATION:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
  • A team player who is collaborative yet able to  work independently.
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skill to keep Help desk tickets order
  • Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets
  • Good health condition and with Good Moral Character
  • Can work on weekends or holiday
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with minimal notice
  •  Available to work regular overtime
  • 10 Full-Time position(s) available.
