JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description

PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION

I. Preparation and handling of program requirements:

a. Registration of Participants

b. Handling of logistical arrangements (venue, meals, materials, transportation)

c. Documentation of program materials (proposals, curriculum, manuals, checklists)

II. Classroom Management

a. Set-up of venue

b. Administration of attendance, course materials and evaluation forms

c. Coordination with providers of program logistics

d. Management of feedback and concerns on programs

e. Provision of support to training facilitators

III. Post Program Activities

a. Report preparation (program evaluation, test results, terminal reports)

b. Maintenance of customer database

c. Management of inventory of training equipment, supplies and materials

d. Processing of program payment collections

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder of Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Must have at least a year of work experience in training.
  • Must be familiar in using MSTeams, Google Meet and Zoom for virtual trainings.
  • Must be knowledgeable in MSOffice.
  • Must be willing to work on-site at Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • Can start ASAP.
