Job Description

  • Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field. 
  • Sr. HS Graduate and College Level are welcome to apply 
  • Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas Pasig.
  • With Internet at home and with computer, but not required (if only during Covid Lockdown)
  • With less than 1 yr experience in Customer Service, but not required
  • With excellent communication skills and a people person
  • Good with 24/7 Shifting Schedule (6 days work week) no fixed rest day
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Will handle inbound and outbound interactions from multiple touch-points: Voice and Email.

Will manage digital platform of all customer touch-points and social media.

Will deal with customers, branches, franchisees, partners, and billers.

May perform various tasks that may be assigned as operational needs warrant.
