Financial Analyst- Mergers and Acquisition team assists engagement teams in the PwC network in financial due diligence on behalf of Private Equities and Corporate clients. We thoroughly assess a target company’s finances, consider the opportunities and risks, and identify potential deal issues; when working with vendors, assess their businesses so that potential buyers can make informed decisions; deliver concise, deal issue-oriented reports and data books to the clients which highlight the key findings from the due diligence, and suggest how such findings should be incorporated into the client's valuation model and transaction agreements.

Activities to be performed:
• Assist in the execution of projects according to the defined approach and methodology alongside the European engagement teams
• Analyse financial statements and identify trends of target companies
• Elaborate deliverable reports with financial insights for corporate clients and Private Equities.
