Job Description:

The Sales & Pricing Performance Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for the effectiveness and enablement of the sales methodology and sales and pricing services throughout the organization. The COE delivers services to portfolios primarily through the Sales Support teams made up of the Sales & Pricing Performance Business Partners, Analytics and Sales Operations.


This individual will be responsible for assisting with enablement of Sales Tools & Reporting for Client Leaders and Corporate Functions support across all business nodes.  Must be able to maintain effective enablement structures & processes.  Portions of the Sales Reporting Tools Enablement role requires coordination of Training and Communications.

  • Assist in maintaining the Reporting & Tools Enablement Structure and Process
  • Assist with Managing an Access/usage tool
  • Collaborate with S&PP Change Mgt Team toward seamless On-boarding Process
  • Assist in cleanup of overprovisioned access or gaps in access
  • Monitor End user usage of Reporting & Tools
  • Assist in effectively communicating new Sales Reporting Tools functionality  

Work closely with S&PP Analytics Reporting & Tools Enablement Lead, S&PP Analytics Leads and other team members to manage and industrialize tools & reporting enablement
