FORESIGHT DEVELOPMENT and SURVEYING COMPANY (FDSC) has been established as engineering consulting entity, founded and managed by professionals having relevant technical background, extensive trainings and proven track record on their respective field of practice or expertise. FDSC was formerly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 25, 1997 known as Foresight Surveying Company whose prime indulgence was to carry out works only for surveying and other related geodetic engineering services.
Amidst the firm's interest to provide comprehensive engineering services in addition with the survey works, the firm then made a major move and amended it's Articles of Partnership on December 29, 2005.
The consulting services ranges from master planning, feasibility/project study, environmental study, project management, construction supervision, and other services for allied technical advisory.
