JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:

Client Support Engineers serve on the front lines by answering questions and troubleshooting technical problems through phone, email, and chat. They assist customers with onboarding of company's product or service and also guide clients through installation and updating issues as needed.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing technical support via email or phone to end-users.
  • Provide regular update to users on the status of the requests.
  • Responsible for computer hardware and software repair.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATION

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder of any IT, Communications, English Major or any Engineering Course

 

Experience:

  • With 0-2 years of work experience in the related field
  • IT Certification of any of the following is a plus: CompTIA A+ Certified, Microsoft Certified, Service Desk Analyst Certified, IELTS Passer, ITIL v4 Certified or any ITSM (Example: SAP, COBIT, Six Sigma

 

Skills & Competencies:

  • Must have basic understanding of various hardware platforms (mainframes, mid-range platforms, desktops and mobile devices), network-related devices.
  • Must have basic understanding of systems, infrastructure, cloud, storage, and network or security administration.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic, proactive, punctual and has customer center vision
  • Has a positive attitude and can work in a fast paced work environment
