JOB DESCRIPTION
a. Establish team target
b. Follow up and monitors job results; checking and analyzing reports, monitoring team target and initiate corrective actions
c. Monitoring of inventory and requisitions of stocks and necessary supplies like flyers, anti-theft pin, smilee plastic, black bag, and color chart
d. Monitor the receiving and/or delivery of materials and supplies upon schedule and /or request; Make emergency deliveries if needed.
e. Checks and monitors filing and maintaining of warehouse files: order slip, FGTF, Transmittal, SR
f. Monitoring of in and out inventory
g. Make and submit updated reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
h. Analyzes and reports discrepancy
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's Degree of any course
More than 1 year work experience as Warehouse-in-charge or any related
Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
Ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Wide range knowledge in warehousing
Good leadership skills
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
Analytical Skills
Detail Oriented
Computer Literate (Efficient in Microsoft Excel)
Good written and oral communication skills
