JOB ROLE

Reporting to the Financial Controller in Autralia:

• Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments
• Match purchase orders with invoices
• Supplier reconciliations
• Monthly General Ledger account reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Data entry into different system
• Assist finance team members with any adhoc requests
• May be required to perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess Bachelor/College Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
2. at least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required
3. Expeience in companies with Australian operations will be an advantage.
4. Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.

• Strong understanding of accounting
• Experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience in Banking modules
• Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping
• Microsoft office proficient
• Microsoft Business Central experience would be an advantage
