JOB DESCRIPTION
- Reports to Corporate Operations Manager, Group Chief Operating Officer and the Owners
- Overall administration and operations of the Museums (TDM & Lakbay)
- Develops, coordinates and implements all of the museum's activities, including the public relations, marketing and promotional aspects.
- Manages Museums’ operational costs and expenses
- Guides the managers and employees in realizing Company’s objectives and goals
- Gives feedback to Managers on Museums’ performance
- Coordinates with the Sales & Marketing Team sales generation strategies
- Coordinates with HR recruitment of staff whenever there is a need.
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization
- Make important and strategic policy dealing with the operational procedure, including employees engagement
- Initiates budgeting, reporting and planning process
- Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
- Evaluates performance of Museums and makes recommendations on actions to be taken to address needed improvements
- Manage manpower headcount and labor cost of the Museum
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
- Ensures all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
- Support employees communication with the Management Team
- Recommends hiring, promotion, disciplinary action and termination of the resort staff
- Addresses and finds solutions on employees complaints and grievances brought to his attention by subordinates.
- Recognizes and rewards museum employees who have displayed exemplary performance in their respective field of work (e.g Model Employee of the Month)
- Plans, recommends and implements personnel programs and employee activities in coordination with HR Dept.
- Reviews different departmental reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Performs related function as may be assigned by superiors
JOB QUALIFICATION
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• Must have 3-5 experienced in a Museum Industry
• Must be Fully Vaccinated with booster
• Can start asap
• Can work under pressure and minimum supervision
• Knowledgeable in different Microsoft Office
• Gives training and seminar to people under his/her supervision
