JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
Oversees the growth and development of his/her portfolio in terms of profitability, number of accounts, volume and deposit level target;
Develop, robust knowledge and give feedback of all products of deposits offered and latest changes of competitors to the Field Marketing Collection Manager;
Plan and strategize ways in deposit generation and client satisfaction;
Perform and attend sales activities, presentations and calls to generate new business and enable the bank to be more visible in the banking community;
Works hand in hand with other marketing and support groups of the bank to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery to customers;
Must have an unquestionable attitude and behaviour in relationship management;
Exhibit high level of professionalism in appearance, client handling and service delivery;
Monitor, document, and prepare reports on incoming and outgoing accounts to minimize risks and enable the bank to plan ahead.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Graduate of any business course preferably Major in Marketing.
Preferably with knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing
Must be willing to assign at Balayan Branch
Must be committed and willing to take on business targets and deliverable
Knowledge of MS Office Programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Must be ready to handle multiple assignments related to branch operations.
Must be ready to monitor assigned projects from beginning to end of process
Fixed on deadlines
