Oversees the growth and development of his/her portfolio in terms of profitability, number of accounts, volume and deposit level target;
Develop, robust knowledge and give feedback of all products of deposits offered and latest changes of competitors to the Field Marketing Collection Manager;
Plan and strategize ways in deposit generation and client satisfaction;
Perform and attend sales activities, presentations and calls to generate new business and enable the bank to be more visible in the banking community;
Works hand in hand with other marketing and support groups of the bank to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery to customers;
Must have an unquestionable attitude and behaviour in relationship management;
Exhibit high level of professionalism in appearance, client handling and service delivery;
Monitor, document, and prepare reports on incoming and outgoing accounts to minimize risks and enable the bank to plan ahead.
