Job Duties:
RECRUITMENT
1. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
2. Facilitate Pre-employment examination and interpretation.
3. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
4. Conduct initial interviews.
5. Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
6. Preparing new employee file.
7. Prepares Job Offer and Contract of Employment for newly hired employees.
8. Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.).
9. Conduct Job analysis and revision of job description for all position in coordination with the Department Heads.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
10. Conducting benefit enrollment process.
11. Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
12. Participating in benefit task such as claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements and approving invoices for payment.
13. Process the availment of SSS Salary Loan, HDMF loan etc.
14. Prepares the timekeeping and overtime summary.
15. Coordinates additional and for deletion members in HMO provider.
16 Prepares final pay of resigned employees.
RECORDS MANAGEMENT
17. Maintaining HR files and 201 database both softcopy and hardcopy.
18. Updating and maintaining employment status and similar records.
19. Updating and creation of HR Forms (Timekeeping Forms, Exit Interview Survey, NEOP Evaluation Survey etc.).
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
21 Facilitate performance review of all employees (for regularization and annual review) and endorses it to their respective immediate head.
22. Revision of Performance Management System in coordination with the Department Heads.
23. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Must have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related course.
At least two (2) years experience working as HR Assistant or HR Generalist
