Leasing Officer

Full-time Work Set Up:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the delivery of efficient administrative services. You will be responsible in preparation and monitoring of leasing documents. Monitors vacancies and expiration of leases. Attends to tenant concerns or complaints. Handles coordination with other departments.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Compiling, filing and organizing on the lease documentation (Physical & OneDrive files)
  • Preparation of lease proposals, contract of lease, and other necessary lease documentations from ingress to egress of the tenants.
  • Processing renewal documents on existing tenants.
  • Processing necessary documents with other departments.
  • Monitoring on leasing vacancies, tenant concerns or complaints, and other marketing collaterals.
  • Assist on the ingress and egress of the tenants
  • Have thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and protocols.
  • Well versed on the documentation of tenants’ lease and operations requirements.
  • Ensures consistent, timely and efficient on lease documentations and proper handling of confidential documents.
  • Maintain good tenant or owner relations by utilizing professional communication at all times and take the necessary step to resolve situations.
  • Courteous and efficient handling of tenants’ requests and complaints.
  • Good stock knowledge on the properties and the protocols on every transaction.
  • Prepares and submit the following reports:
  1. Daily updated monitoring report
  2. Weekly Report
  3. Monthly Report
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledgeable in all facets of leasing operations.
  • Prerequisites – Available to work when needed including weekends, Holidays and must be willing to do fieldwork
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proficiency in presentation, and negotiation
  • Strong background in customer service and a wide network of professional and business contact
  • Willing to travel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, keen observation, and judgment
  • Compassionate, trustworthy, responsible, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
