JOB DESCRIPTION
A professional resource specialist that answers customer queries, problems, and support calls is a Korean Customer Service Representative, also known as a call centre representative. We're seeking a bilingual Korean-English Voice Customer Support agent to provide friendly and professional support via email and live chat. This candidate should like assisting others and be able to remain calm under pressure.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- College Graduate/ SHS Graduate (must be fluent in speaking the Korean Language)
- Also, accepting at least two years of college education (must be fluent in speaking the Korean Language)
- Excellent communication skills (Korean and English)
- Filipino and open for foreigners but must have a permanent resident Visa.
- Flexible to work in mid-shift, night-shift, holidays, and weekends.
- Amenable to work on-site.
