JOB DESCRIPTION
- Distribute projects into manageable tasks and set deadlines and objectives.
- Keeping track of deadlines.
- Keep an eye on the project's progress and deal with any concerns that occur.
- Measure and report on project progress.
- Tasks are assigned to team members. Assuring that the team has all of the tools they need to finish the job.
- Risks and opportunities for the project must be monitored and communicated.
- Keeping track of crucial decisions and activities taken at meetings.
- Ensure that projects follow frameworks and that all project documentation is current.
- Answers phones and emails, schedules and confirms appointments, and enters client data into company systems.
JOB QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Atleast 2 years experience in the same position.
- Excellent communication, writing and presenting skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
