JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sourcing of applicants; advertising and posting of job vacancies through job portals, social media, job affairs, and other related events
- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants
- Screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for interview
- Organizing interviews and schedules
- Coordinating with Clients for requirement collaboration & Other Recruitment Processes
- Presenting of a Job offer, the orientation of newly hired, and onboarding
- End to the end recruitment process
- Other tasks assigned by the Manager
